The companies jointly determine the purposes and means of processing data through this website and are joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Shared contact: office@newresidences.ro. You may exercise your rights against any of the three companies.

2. About cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. The three companies are responsible for meeting their obligations as joint controllers. You can request information about their responsibilities and data processing at office@newresidences.ro, without this shared contact limiting your right to contact any company directly. This policy concerns cookies; data submitted through forms or in dealings with potential buyers is covered by a separate notice.

8. Browser settings and updates

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some features; deleting cookies may remove saved choices. We review this policy when technologies or applicable requirements change. The last update date appears at the beginning.
